For those on terbinafine, what was your regimen for taking the drug?
For those on terbinafine, what was your regimen for taking the drug? My doctor has me on 250mg for 7 days on then 21 days off, for 3 months. 21 pills in the bottle. Just wondering if this is a normal regimen for taking the pill. I assume it’s to not be hard on the liver

After 10 yrs and struggling in work boots last year . I was at the point where I was going to quit mining. I got told on this page to buy a shiatsu massage cushion and it was the best $90 investment. I'm back to wearing heels and nil issues in work boots.
