Hello, I bashed my toenail a few weeks ago it started to ble

Hello, I bashed my toenail a few weeks ago it started to bleed and the blood went black under the nail. This toenail has already had mild fungus and it has never really grown back properly. Today I ripped the toenail off. Now the skin underneath is all white and looks rough how do I sort that out? Is that the fungus do I just apply ointment to that or do I need to cut the skin
