How do you think you first got toenail fungus? Shared post Ellen Laiho Boelens I had my third treatment last Tuesday with a podiatrist who is not affiliated with my health insurance provider. Started January 22nd. Paid $700 for 3 treatments. Nails look great. I have a follow up appointment in two months. My nails will be trimmed and filled and then I’ll get the opinion from the podiatrist. Every appointment consisted of trimming and filling and then hot laser (Cuterra), then cold laser Lunula. I bought Clear Nails Pro from him. It’s a topical to be used twice a day. And no it’s not on Amazon. Every night I used prescription Ciclopirox cream on my feet. All the above is what my podiatrist prescribed. In addition I used the clip on nail devices that I bought on eBay. Late afternoon I applied tea tree oil, MCT oil and DMSO on my toenails. Every night I did a diluted ACV soak. I still see billions of spores, so they are still on my feet. Hopefully their numbers will decrease in time.
