My toes looked bad three weeks ago. I started soaking in apple cider vinegar and mouthwash 50-50 then after soaking very carefully cutting back the bad part of the nail with a flat razor blade. I've added colloidal silver with dropper rubbing it in waiting a bit then putting a light coating of antifungal cream then Vicks vapor rub and then I put socks on. I do it in the morning and night and also during the day once in a while. I also use a Dremel with an abrasive stone and grind it down once week. That seems to really help get the medicine in. The soaking will change the ph to a level that fungi does not like it will also kill any fungi you have on your foot, mine were dry and cracked and now they are much better. I also put anti fungal cream over all of my foot as well. It does not completely get rid of the fungi because when I stop being diligent it roars right back, usually over winter.
