In mid-September I started using a store-brand version of Vick’s after my shower each day. (For the first month I was also soaking in vinegar water after the shower—I don’t know if that helped at all, but I got lazy & stopped and just continued with the Vick’s.) Very slowly it got to this point in the right pic, which was taken today. Hang in there, everyone!
