Sharing what I think is some success. I've been dealing with this gross nail for over 10 years. Four rounds of terbinafine orally, three rounds of laser, and countless home remedies in between with no success. I had been seeing ads for a magic cure in a paintbrush form. Because I'm on the frugal side, I decided to find the active ingredient and try that. Active ingredient was undecylenic acid.
