Wondering if anyone has experienced this and whether or not
Wondering if anyone has experienced this and whether or not to go to urgent care. So I had plantar fascitis for months got a cortisone injection and it seemed to settle. Well yesterday I went down steps and felt a pop to the back of the heel and now it really hurts more then before with the plantar fascitis. Even in my toes it is tingling. Not sure what to do. Frustrated! UPDATE: I have since had a PRP injection and moon boot as have a tear in the plantar fascia.
