Currently what my foot looks like after an hour of standing
Currently what my foot looks like after an hour of standing. I do 10 hour shifts at Amazon. And the pain is getting so bad. I start limping within the first couple hours. I've tried everything and nothing has helped me really. I've spent so much money on insoles and creams and no relief. I do calf stretches but those don't help anymore. Now my feet is just straight up burning really bad. The pain is so bad I feel nauseous. I've been dealing with this for like a year. I went to the doctor and all they told me was to lose weight. But that doesn't help me now at work. Hell even on my days off it hurts. I'm just looking for some relief if anyone has some recommendations. I have also tried a massage gun and compression socks that didn't work either.
