Hello, all! 2.5 years ago, I tore the Peroneal tendon in my right foot, was in a boot for 3 months and did 2 rounds of physical therapy. Even though a recent X-ray and MRI showed no problems, I still have pain in all different areas (top, arch, heel, ankle, half way up my shin), cannot exercise or wear dress shoes, and have even been experiencing "hot spots" at the injury site over the last week or so.
