Hello! What does everyone that works in the food industry we

Hello! What does everyone that works in the food industry wear? I am having such a hard time finding non-slip that are comfortable. Does anyone change shoes throughout their shift? I need to be able to add my own inserts and a heel gel cup. Hopefully not forever. PT seems to be helping. But still can't get rid of this knot in my heel. So need extra cushioning.
