Hi can anyone help me please. I work from 9am to 6.30 4 days a week and my heals absolutely kill me at the end of each day, I find it so painful to walk. I work in a warehouse and do a lot of walking. I have tried every type if shoe/insole, painkillers and ice nothing seems to help. I can't afford to give my job up.

I just had my podiatrist appointment
I have been traveling a lot this summer so the pain has been bad. He literally said “stretch it and work it on the hour every hour! Or surgery!”
Which is crazy to hear! He also did recommend red light therapy. Soooo any recommendations on that??
TIA!

Should I continue using a massage gun on the areas to aid the internal bleeding and healing or should I leave it for a week and only have this type of treatment being done by the physio. This may be TMI but perhaps it will help drive the point that PF is not just a foot problem. I brought this A3 sheet to my Rehab Doctor and Physical Therapist and they were both floored and said I’m the ideal patient.
Removed a lot of the guesswork. So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go.
Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes?
