I am 10 weeks post op. I can now wear a sneaker. But if I am on my feet more than two hours I get pain on the side of my foot and ankle. I have been doing pt is this normal? Are there any suggestions on how to help this pain. I clean for my job and want to go back to work. Am I pushing to fast.
