I recently started dealing with PF. It got so bad I had to get carried into the podiatrist office. I knew nothing about this condition. I got a cortisone shot and it hurt so bad! I was screaming from the pain. The shot helped me for 8 months and now it’s back. Not as bad but I’ve also learned certain stretches and also ice helps a lot.
