I’m new to the group. I was diagnosed with heal spurs and planters facetious over 20 years ago. I’ve been through physical therapy twice and have tried dozens of different shoes. I’ve been to 3 different podiatrist’s and I’ve had injections in one heel. Nothing is helping and I’m petrified of surgery.
