I'm scheduled for surgery this Saturday.
I've been reading through posts to get an idea of how I'm going to feel/manage. I like to think I push pain to one side and just get on with things however I know that I'll definitely need rest and elevation. I've given myself a 2 week schedule to switch off.
I'm office based and plan to go back to work, sedentary after 2 weeks. Am I being unrealistic? How was your pain in the first few days? How long until weight bearing?
