New to this group. I’ve had a rough journey with PF that’s lasted over a year. I’ve tried multiple expensive shoes and inserts that friends and coworkers have recommended, physical therapy, and now two steroid shots. I work as a pharmacy technician and went from day shift to overnights since it isn’t overall as busy to cut back time on my feet some.
