So after battling with PF for the last 15 months, I finally did it! Plantar fasciotomy, heel spur removal and scar tissue removal. New foot is the best Christmas gift ever. I've tried everything from cortisone shots, dry needling, shock wave therapy, barefoot shoes, 4 months of PT, compression socks, night splints, icing, heating, massaging, orthotics, etc. Had the same surgery on my left foot 5 years ago and it was the best decision ever, no pain since.
