What type of testing did your podiatrist do? A year ago, went in and the podiatrist asked where my pain was, I pointed to the bottom of my foot right above my heel. He said it was P.F. No tests at all. Gave me a sheet of exercises to do, sold me power step insoles, and prescribed diclofenac sodium. Told me I could only wear Brooks or ASICS tennis shoes and to get a Wide shoe. (I've always worn narrow shoes) At my follow up appointment, no changes. Still stabbing.
