All-star contributor Revision Surgery I’m 19 days post op for revision surgery. My last surgery resulted in the ball of my foot collapsing (floating toes), a fracture and it remained like that for 2 years so my swelling never went. I’ve just had my revision surgery and bandage off and all I can see is the same swelling BUT I’m not sure if I’m looking for negative as I think I’m super sensitive about the last one. Does this look like anyone else’s? Maybe this swelling is completely normal. Confused but thanks All reactions:

DelightfulCrocodile2154 Did the same surgeon perform this revision ? Also what were the exact procedures done for surgery 1 and 2. I don’t know how you waited 2 yrs to get this revision looks so painful

View 1 reply Tracey Newman Top contributor Have you ever had a gastrocnemius recession? It takes the tension off your forefoot. They did offer this procedure to me. Our feet have a mind of their own it's so difficult. I wish you a speedy recovery.
