Does anyone get swollen in this area? The slightest thing can set off a flare which results in swelling right here. I’ve been struggling on and off for 4 years. Each flare lowering my load tolerance and limiting my shoe options even more. Insoles hurt because it pushes on the swelling here. Shock wave helped minimal. Dry needling didn’t do anything.
