Has anyone had these procedures all together and can tell me how your post op went andyou are now. I had surgery yesterday, this evening its kicking in- the pain. anything that helped? When did surgery pain settle a little ? Thankyou xx Louise Yogini Day 32 post-op. Just had my first physical therapy session. First she evaluated both my leg and foot strength, balance and range of motion. Then she massaged around my incision to break up some of the scar tissue (I still have some of the scab, so she avoided those areas). The massage also included moving my toes around to help regain mobility. Next were the exercises which were focused on regaining range of motion. Natasha Johnson Iโ€™m 5wks post-op tmrw (July 29th) and Iโ€™m feeling a little defeated today I had pt this morning and I wore my shoes! Yay! That felt great. During my session, as usual, my therapist performed the edema massage and was able to loosen and remove more dead skin from my incision area. Good stuff, right? But hereโ€™s where things changed. She started performing the joint exercises on my toe. After approx 5 minutes of her performing the passive dorsiflexion exercise, I started
