I had a stress injury (bone edema no fracture seen on MRI) in my 4th metatarsal and was in a boot for about 8 weeks. My podiatrist cleared me out of the boot- said I didn’t need physical therapy- even though I told him it is still painful.
I bought supportive sneakers and am only throwing on the boot when I have to do a lot of walking or will be on my feet for an extended period of time.
I guess i’m wondering- is it normal to still
physical therapy
