Not so much PF related but has anyone ever had a stress fracture before?
Not so much PF related but has anyone ever had a stress fracture before? I believe I have one and had had it for over a year now. Its on my ankle bone and it rubs up on the inside of my shoe. I've bought multiple shoes over the last 6 months and new inserts for my shoes. Ive been diagnosed with PF but I have done everything I know to do. I have some swelling after work. Nothing super noticeable. Im still doing stretches.
