Have you been on your feet? This is normal for me. I didn’t know it was abnormal. The foot being on the ground and the test of our body on top of foot puts pressure on foot and makes the feet red. Same thing would happen if sitting on toilet or putting hands on ground. Body would be red.

yes ..burning.. only walk from lounge room to the bathroom.... I got L5 bulging disk.. seeing a neurosurgeon in 4 weeks time

my physio guy that i see , said I don't think your burning feet Is a L5 issue... but my GP said it and two nerve tests . I have a L5 /L4 issues

custom insoles helped me ...and physical therapy...had get AFO brace also...and that's been almost for 2 years
