Good evening, i just joined and have been suffering from PF for years. Ive done all the things minus surgery so far. Has anyone used this cream? i saw a dr recommend? Looking into adding it to my routine! An admin turned off commenting for this post. Cody Wellman Good evening. I told some I would keep them updated about my surgery. I had surgery this morning. I had an open plantar fasciectomy (2/3) release and tarsal tunnel release. Gastroc muscle release was on the plate if I didn't pass range of motion while sedated, but I did so that was nixed off the list. Surgery was pretty quick. Prior to surgery I had a nerve block with Exparel, and during surgery they did some other direct blocks Janet Spencer Molina Has anyone ever considered surgery to relieve your pain? Jessica Lynn Does anyone have an unhinged treatment that actually helped their PF? None of the normal stuff. No rolling, icing, stretching, insoles, night splints, steroids, physical therapy. Something out-of-the-box. Susan Jackson Allen UPDATE: Had my first dry needling session today and I'm amazed! It stung and the deep tissue massage on my calf was rough, but afterward I could walk nearly without pain! Maybe this is the answer for me! Has anyone had good results from that? Ashley Kraemer Did physical therapy help for anyone? I’ve heard mixed reviews. It’s my next option. Wendy Pertain Holman I put myself in PT several months ago because none of the night braces or exercises the OMT therapist gave me helped. 6!months with no improvement!!
