Good morning I just had my bunion surgery last Monday ,so far so good I still have to take pain medicine,I pretty much lay in my bed or in my backyard with my foot elevated and ice on ,the problem I have is that it feels like my foot and toes fall asleep from being elevated all the time is this normal ?my doctor said to start a little 5 min toe exercises on Sunday No photo description available.
