Hello. Has anyone got PF in both feet? It was my first time yesterday with a physiothrapist. He was examining my feet and said I have it in both! I'm so down in the dumps already with the pain in my bad foot. I don't think I could cope at all if both my feet were this bad Cathy Umberger Zimprich Relief! Got a new doctor, he did an ultrasound and showed me what he saw (tears and bone spur), reviewed everything I’ve been doing and moved right to a peptide injection to heal the fascia. Previous Podiatrist did no diagnostic and gave cortisone shot, which was worthless. Amy Cox So I have insanely high arches and always have. Many years ago - around menopause- I got neuropathy in my feet and went to the podiatrist who has done nothing but give me insoles and cream. A couple of weeks ago the back of my left heel started to hurt - especially in the morning. I have had stiffness in my legs and feet in the morning for a long time now. DrRinkesh Agrahari I am a sports person and play cricket and my main job is doing fast bowling.. since last 3 weeks I had to stop playing because of planter fasciitis..I have strong pain on my landing leg heel (left) after bowling. Dr also suggested it’s planter and I need to rest with few excerise. I am here far some practical experiences and wanted to know most effective ways to deal with it.
