Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that your bunion is causing you pain. You're not alone, as many people also suffer from bunions. It's great that you're reaching out to see if others can relate to your experience. Have you considered seeing a podiatrist or doctor for treatment options? They may be able to offer some solutions to alleviate your discomfort. Take care and feel better soon!

I I’m going to see a surgeon on March 20 although I think my back pain may be even worse than my bunion so I’m not sure if I should I dress my back or my feet first

Yikes😳..I had a bunionectomy in 2016. If you do decide to be one make sure to do the one where they shave the bone and not the one where they break the bone and put in pins.. That's the one I had and it was so much trouble afterwards they actually ended up taking out the pins.

What kind pain does it give you

Wider toe box shoes and maybe go up either a half size or full size. Lower heel drop shoes if possible. Work on stretches for proper toe splay when planting your feet and keeping your toes in line with your gait (not duck footed). Maybe look into a toe separator like "CorrectToes", they did wonders for me but I didn't have bunions. I was dealing the over pronation, hammer toes, and between proper shoe fit, loads of stretching, and the CorrectToes my issues have been greatly reduced.

I have a super small one

It helps with rubbing on your bunion. You must try to help yourself unless you’re in a place that has a good medical system. Most of the world does not really does help less swelling, rubbing and pain. It won’t hurt to try, but I’m not a doctor I’ve just had bunions since I can remember. I have way more serious issues always count your Lucky stars.

mine is just the bunion that bothers me a lot just yesterday i accidentally hit the bunion in the closet how it hurt

Truly, natural remedies do work. If they didn't, we wouldn't have used them for thousands of years. And, pharmaceutical companies wouldn't be studying plants, taking extracts of them, and patenting them as drugs.this is not a claim or lies I was cured from granuloma annulare and my friend was also cured from Eczema by Doctor Akhimien herbal medicine in case you are having any health challenges you can contact him and also get cure too 👉👉 Herbalist Akhimien
