Hi Everyone, I am 28 years old and had an endoscopic plantar fasciotomy in September 2025. I had relief after the surgery but in February of this year began to experience pain again. I have done cortisone shots, a cortisone shot with immobilization, physical therapy, etc. I went for an MRI and prior to my surgery the fascia was measuring at 4mm thick and now is measuring at 9mm thick.
