Hi folks! First time on this site. I am desperate for info. 2 years ago I had a large bone spur removed on my right heel. Doctor had to cut Achilles’ tendon to cut off spur . Every since surgery I have had excruciating foot pain. MRI showed thickening of the tendons. I do stretching, and exercises as directed from Physical Therapist.
