I had Triple Arthrodesis surgery on my left foot 8 yrs ago.
I had Triple Arthrodesis surgery on my left foot 8 yrs ago. I saw my orthopedic surgeon Sept 30th. He said the bone scans shows hot spots on both my feet. Which means major surgery on both feet. I am terrified I am 71 I have tried everything in the past 2 years for the pain at that time Dr was saying Tendonitis. Has anyone tried anything that has helped that might keep me from having these 2 major surgeries.
