I’m leaving the group!
I’m leaving the group! I’m 12 weeks post op and I definitely consider my surgery a success!! I had MIS bunion correction hammertoe correction and third toe arthritic joint correction. I am back at the gym. I can walk up to about 6000 steps a day not really walking outside yet because there is still some swelling, but if you’re j just starting out on your journey to recovery, after 3/4 weeks you will definitely feel better! 6 weeks was good, 8 weeks really started walking and doing all my YouTube exercises! Good luck to all!!!
