I’ve this in both feet and a bone spur in one. My 31 yo daughter was also diagnosed yesterday! She was very optimistic when leaving her appointment saying this Podiatrist told her that coming in early would help her heal. She ordered insoles and was given calf and feet exercises to do before getting up. Was also told not to be barefoot anymore. I am still battling on at almost a year now. Seriously thinking about surgery.have tried everything
