I wanted to share my experience. I have been suffering with pf for 10 months. I saw a podiatrist who recommended all the common things after seeing me for about 2 mins. Nothing worked (night splints, stretching, massage, inserts, Bondi 9, etc.) I even did pt for 2 months (which fixed one foot). Today I saw a new dr and she spent an HOUR with me. She looked at every inch of my feet and identified the cause of my pf and pain: hyperperneation. Basically, I’m too flexible and I need rigid support. Posting pics of all the things she recommended. I also got some rigid insoles for the heel to keep my feet aligned. Rigid insole for all shoes Cream for pain Sock for sleep (or daytime wear) Heel strap for all day wear for support I’m going back in 2 weeks and she has more tricks if I don’t have relief. Hoping this works!
