In pain since Feb I've given up now and accepted pain April Alcantara This may be TMI but perhaps it will help drive the point that PF is not just a foot problem. I brought this A3 sheet to my Rehab Doctor and Physical Therapist and they were both floored and said I’m the ideal patient. Removed a lot of the guesswork. So far after only 2 PT sessions I feel a big difference. But still have some ways to go. Obviously, it’s posterior chain tightness, yes? Theresa De Los Santos Been dealing with pain for two years. It was unbearable to manageable now back to unbearable pain ugh all I get is ice it, new shoes, stay off my feet, get shoe inserts. Also PT Ugh. I want it to go away.
