Insight required on behalf of my husband who is having excruciating pain. Is it normal with PF to get worse and worse as the day goes on and to have swelling and redness and it be agonisingly painful even when not on it? This has been going on for a few months. He’s doing all the things he should (PF specific sole inserts, ice, stretching, not walking around barefoot etc) and if anything it’s getting worse and not better.
