And recently found I have hypothyroidism. So with all these issues I am taking action. Clean eating. Keto lost before. Been to Podiatrist I felt he flew through office appointment. Sold me a 50.00 dollar shoe in insert for 50.00 bucks not covered under insurance. Told me about hydrocortisone shots. Has I left the assistant said there is the ex-ray room come any time. So unless I change hospitals I will go and see what is up. Hopefully just a strain that better shoes will help. I have been living Gabapentin caps600 mg 2 caps morning noon and night plus Tylenol. Sleeping feet elevated. Need to use ice. This week get x-ray and hydrocortisone shots these are covered. I pray I do not need surgery. The Doctor gave me a list of shoes. And foot exercises.
