New routine I am doing and it's helping!

New routine I am doing and it's helping! Moderately warm foot bath while rolling on a lacrosse ball with toe separators on! Slow controlled rolling no hard back and forth. Helping me break up adhesions and started this on Sunday and I was 4/10 daily to more like a 2/10! Have you tried the same?

Start looking into toe yoga, big toe seperation, arch building, top of foot stretching, ankle mobility and work your way up the chain Rome wasn’t built overnight. Every bit as little as it might seem, is one step closer to the finish line. Keep at it. And embrace the process 👊

Heat and toe separators help alot . Haven't tried the ball with it

I use the toe separators also. In addition, I wear wide toe box shoes, use a heavy compression sock if going to be on feet for a long time. If foot is painful, I massage castor oil into bottom of foot & wear a sock over it for a while until it soaks in. I do exercises that Dr Angela Walk, Fasciitis Doctor suggests. She believes in strengthening the foot. She says wearing cushioning shoes makes our feet weak.

Also soak your feet in hot water with epson salt for two weeks and place compression socks . Worked for me

Toe separators, massage gun to foot and calf, during the day I roll my foot on a tennis ball at work. Wear Kuru shoes at work and Xero at home. Pain has improved greatly.

Should I get an ankle brace too?

I have been using toe separators but they are hard to put on because I have broken every toe with the exception of the big toe over the years. But once I get them on I do feel they are helping. I have been doing calf raises with a ball between my ankles with the toe separators on, or with toe bands on my big toes

Epsom salt lowers the temperature of hot water a very minimal amount. You barely feel a difference at all. It is definitely a thing to soak in a hot bath with Epsom salts.
