Please help me figure out what to do about my toes!
Please help me figure out what to do about my toes! Surgery? Different separators or devices? Exercises? Photos below of recent x-rays (incl visible stickers) and some of my foot paraphernalia. On my right foot my 2nd toe steps on the soft underside of the 3rd toe, and in turn the 3rd steps on the 4th. This causes a great deal of pain which I have found no effective way to prevent when doing a lot of walking.
