Regularly I see posts on here about massage guns. I brought one yesterday from GoodGuys. They had $199 on it, I did a cheapest available Google search and Harris Scarf had them at 60% off. Goodguys price matched and I got it for $79! Used last night my calves actually feel released. Wow thanks to all those who have shared this information! I did a ton of walking and after only being there 3 hours I was in a lot of pain! I was in so much pain that the first step getting out of the car was extremely painful! I iced it when I got home, but it's still painful. School starts next week and I'm going to be on my feet a lot! I was just starting to feel better, but that's probably because I haven't been walking very much while on break. I have supportive shoes, but none of the inserts seem to work for me. I'm trying really hard to avoid a cortisone shot because I've had them before and that pain is worse than the current pain. Besides icing and stretching what else have you found that works well? These were purchased 4 months ago (off Hokas website) and mostly used for walking and occasionally pickleball.
