the orthopedist says at the latest examination that I don't have PF now, but metatalargia (pain under the toes), while others say that I lack fatty tissue (heel, under the toes)? has anyone had this? Shared post Sadie Liddle 4 days without pain. Ive had it since a April. Doctor told me the usually stuff, to stretch the calfs etc. I had it in my right foot for 3years and ever since ive stretched my calfs at least twice a day . I was really shocked when I got it in my left foot. I have arthritis in my left toe so always been carefully not to stress it. Well I started doing toe exercises, bending my big toe forward and my other toes backwards at the same tim Shared post Francesca Dimberline I've had PF since May 25. I've done stretches, had physio, shock wave therapy, wear insoles, had cortisone injections, and have been told that the next step is the op to cut the calf muscle at the back of the knee, due Dec. Just had a week away, 30 degrees heat, wore flit flops with support, back to square one. Any nuggets of wisdom please Shared post Beverly Garofalo What golf shoe are you wearing? Even with a cart my feet ache by the end of the round. Currently wearing G/Fores. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck with other brands/types? It's been 4 weeks and it's getting worse. Although stretching feels good the pain in my heel when walking seems way worse. Every step hurts. I'm now walking on the outside of my foot. I also now have pain on the very lower back/outside of my heel whereas before it was just the bottom pad of my heel. Why would stretching make it worse? I go back to see the Dr. In 3 weeks. #icingitnow Shared post Kiffin LaNae Anybody think they have a vitamin D deficiency? 🦶 Your feet may be giving you clues about what’s happening inside your body.
