I think I have it on my middle toe. If I stand or walk for a longer period of time it is incredibly painful. It's been getting worse over time and I've struggled to figure out which toe is the issue. But I'm finally realizing it's the middle toe. When I try to point the toe I can feel it pop and sometimes I have to massage it into place. Stretching it and massaging it like that will lessen the pain for a time. I also notice when I move the top joint it feels kinda crunchy. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with that and what the treatment was. I did see a podiatrist some months ago and he gave me shoe inserts but so far I don't feel like they're helping much.
