Hi Members, As everyone else I've had foot pan for a very long time. Flat feet, have used orthotics from podiatrists as well as online ones. Most of them rarely worked. Waiting for Upstep ones to arrive so I can see if they help. 12 years ago I had my peroneal tendon in my right foot repaired as well as the right toe fused on the same foot. I actually had them done again a 1.5 years later since they were not done right. After surgery

I did find the free version useful. The only thing I did not really do a lot was the scraping. This was my cure…. Intrinsic foot exercises Calf stretch Heel raises Inversion:eversion Taping when chronic HOKA Bondi 9 I took it slowly as I was chronic. Consistent. And listen to your body don’t push it. It took 5-9 months. Good luck
