I’m sure this is about to be a book, so thanks to anyone who reads this to the end: especially amputees, bc I wanna hear from you. I was born with bad feet and ankles (flat feet, among many other issues). Even as a little girl I struggled with trips to the zoo and amusement parks and was shrugged off as “lazy.” Growing up believing I was “lazy,” I thought everyone had pain in their feet but just handled it better than I did.
