I’ve had pf about 6 months, last 3 excruciating. Tried just about everything: orthopaedic shoes, insoles, ice, heat, compression socks etc. on my feet 6/7 hours a day. Last 2 months I’ve worn sketchers arch support and crocs indoors. Never barefoot unless in shower. For last 10 days I’ve tried new routine: vibration pad for 5 mins twice a day. (I sit on chair as it hurts back).
