I had MIS Lapiplasty August 2023.

I had MIS Lapiplasty August 2023. It had great reviews of people getting rt back to work, life etc. I work for ups so on my feet all day long. I hv always been very fit and my body heals quickly after any procedure or surgery. I asked my surgeon how many lapiplastys he had done prior to mine. He claimed to have done too many to count. Upon entering the O.R., apparently I told him, not so gently that "he had better not eff this up, this foot is my moneymaker". I was quite sedated so I will not deny it as I know the thought must have been replaying nonstop in my head subconsciously. Flash forward to present day. I can not bend my big toe more than45 degrees, my incisions have still not healed, they ooze. My 2nd toe which was hammered, is still up in the air when I was promised it wld be lying down with the rest of them. My foot is more swollen today than it was 2 weeks post op. I'm very concerned that something went wrong in the operating room. I just have a gut feeling. I know my body and I know what healing feels like. This is stagnant. I have been to physical therapy but they are nervous about stretching my toe bc of the incision? When I see the doctor for follow uls he wrenches it to the point I'm begging him to stop. I'm lost here. Sorry about the novel but can anyone lend their 2 cents??

I had both feet done 9 months apart. Had a hammer toe on right he took joint out of that. He told me recovery time 12 to 18 months while foot is realigning as he had to break bones to do this

It takes time to heal. Did you say 2 weeks out? That's not enough time. I had to be non weight beat for 6 weeks
