I'm especially interested in finding a good, high-arch sandal to wear at home. I've worn Birkenstocks for years and wonder if some other brand might be better. Anyone tried Oofos or Vionic or Therafit?

I have watched this video a while ago. I really like the theraband exercise that they do. What I don't like is when they are mobilizing (moving) the big toe joint. This joint is unstable and has become stiff as a result of the joint trying to protect itself from too much movement. This joint needs stability first and then you can begin to move it.
