PRP treatment etc Hi there again - have advanced bunion and hammer toe issue left foot and severe big toe arthritis right foot.(pretty much no cartilage) Spoke to my osteopath today who said don't get surgery done - try PRP (protein rich plasma), exercises etc etc, wait till replacement big toe joint technology is more advanced. I am wondering has anyone tried PRP successfully to delay or replace surgery? Am a bit terrified of any surgery but feel pain and altered gait from both
