Toe Drift ? Can this happen w PF ? I just had this happen suddenly my big Toe now touches my second . My joint is unstable.. this may just be a bunion ? But the instability happened overnight .. I’m still waiting to see an ortho. Has anyone else had this happen?.. I am constantly barefoot. We also have hardwood floors and multiple steps that I go up and down all day. I’m always on my toes and I do yoga..

When you do wear shoes what do you wear

Yes, same thing happened to me on the same foot. Very weird.

Maybe you should try toe separators.

All my toes touch each other. The only toe I can separate is my baby. The others don't move. 🙁

Yes, and mine is Morton's Neuroma but it's not my big toe, it's my middle toe.

I had similar and it was like a muscle spasms thing. So warm foot soak and daily massage and toe elseparators got it back to irs normal place and also help relieve some plantar pain. It is not the same issue as toes squashed by shoes as mine happened over night and was resolved in about a fortnight. My squashed toes that were down to shoes is taking much lo gee to spread out and re align.

Suddenly, all my right foot toes have decided to lean far right and the big toe with a bunion stayed where it has been. There is a gap between the big toe and the one next to it. It all started with the bunion.

Use toe separators. Have been working wonders on my toes.

yes. I get muscle cramps at night some times , some time it twitched but not often. It happened this year and I’m 49.

it actually can cause it. It 1000% was the cause of mine. Once I went on hormone replacement therapy it completely went away. Estrogen is essential for healthy joints, tissues, ligaments etc in women.

You have the beginning of hammertoes in some small toes. Not just one. It’s important you get into physical therapy ASAP to correct them. The big toe looks like “turf toe.”

My physio said to push my big toe back out against something. You can get splints for it.
