Has anyone had a plantar fibroma before and had it fixed wit

Has anyone had a plantar fibroma before and had it fixed without removal? When im not pregnant, I seem to have fasciitis, but when im pregnant like right now, the fasciitis goes away but I can feel the tightness near my fibroma when I stretch. Wondering how I can deal with this? It’s only maybe 2x2cm and in quite deep, and podiatrist told me it’s kinda useless to remove as it may just come back anyway. Thanks!
